What an amazing and clean hotel. Gorgeous with the best staff. The help is always at finger tip. You are greeted with fine wine the second you walk in. Internet speed is good. Parking is attached to the hotel but not free. The bed is so comfortable it is hard to wake up. The bathroom is stunning. The location is nothing short of perfect for the city and down town. Loved the say.
The only big problem was that we only stayed for one night. We will definitely be back next year and stay two or three nights.
This hotel has breath taking views of the inner harbor. It is very clean and takes sets a higher standard on taking care of their guests. They had a wine tasting when we were there which was an added bonus.
They greet you with various wines as you arrive and check in, of course!!
I was there for a few hours attending an event. It was a very nice establishment. The staff Ininteractd with was all pleasant. There were at least three weddings going on that day. So it's either affordable or very accommodating for wedding activities. The holiday decorations we're pleasant but not overdone. The conference room we were in for the event was clean and water was readily available. It was quiet, and despite the other goings on we had no interruptions. The bathrooms we're very nice and clean. The only issue was a utility closet with no door was visible, and it had food on the floor and was very unsightly, and in clear disrepair.
My first experience in a 4 star hotel. My wife and I were impressed. The staff was accommodating, the hotel was beautiful, clean, well lit and quiet. We ate in the restaurant and while the service there left something to be desired ( they were short staffed so it wasn't a lack of customer service), the food was great. I'd go back and plan to in 2018.

We did have an issue with some noise from a neighboring suite which was no fault of the hotel. When we called the front desk, David apologized and immediately addressed the issue. They even left is a note apologizing and again upon check out.
If you are looking for a gorgeous hotel with superior customer service, attention to detail and staff that truly have passion for hospitality, look no further. From the valet to the Concierge to the front desk, it was a spectacular experience.
The attention to detail, observant and courteous staff, easy parking, walking distance to fabulous restaurants, nightlife galore...perfect location. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely seek this hotel brand out anywhere next time for travel. The hotel suite had the most comfortable bed you can imagine. Bathroom had high end fixtures and bath towels, bath gels and lotions from Italy. Keurig machine with exceptional coffee for the morning... didn't need to go searching for Starbucks to get my day going. The hotel does have an espresso bar in the lobby if you like cappuccino/lattes over coffee.
