Best Hotel Stay!! The view from our room was amazing. All the staff were pleasant and happy to assist! They had a free shuttle which transported you to various locations. Took you to the city and picked you back up which is extremely convenient compared to most hotels. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! With eggs & sausage or biscuits and gravy, along with waffles, donuts, pastries, fruit, cereal, etc. Quite nice compared to most continental breakfasts at other places. They had a nice workout room. The rooms themselves were nice and most importantly clean! They had a comedy club on site which gave you fun entertainment if you didn't want to travel to the inner harbor on the weekends which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Will be back again! Thank you Best Western!!
Staff were amazing. Not only were they very nice and helpful but they went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is currently being renovated and the pool/fitness areas were closed due to some kind of repair needing done so we were not able to access this area but even with the construction going on our room was quite and comfortable. The outside appearance of the building is pretty deceiving but I’m going to assume that has to do with the work that’s being done on the building. Inside it is beautiful and definitely higher quality and more attention had been given here. I will definitely be staying here again in the future and hope to see improvements made to the exterior appearance along with the pool to be open during our next visit
For my 21st birthday, a couple of friends I decided to make a weekend trip to Baltimore to see the Baltimore Orioles as well spend a night out in the city. BW offered us the best rates and our room window had a gorgeous view of the city. I took A LOT of pictures to say the least. The front desk was very courteous and the continental breakfast wasn't half bad either. I will definitely come again in the future.
The pool is not working. It is nice to park and be shuttled to the port. The breakfast is typical hotel. There wasn't enough towels and was clothes for everyone. It was really accessible. Great for one night.
