Not bad.. Good for a quick overnight. Not sure it's comfy enough for a long stay. Staff is pretty friendly and helpful, especially the daytime staff. Breakfast was excellent when I stayed a night last week. This morning I had to leave too early.
My wife, three kids and I, a family of five stayed at the Best Western Plus located at 6055 Belle Grove Rd, in Baltimore the night of 10/4/17. We stayed for one night in order to be close to BWI for an early 7:00 a.m. flight. I should also add the ages of my three children, 8, 8, and 11. We arrived at the Best Western around 7:30p. We checked in and was assigned to room 518. This room had two queen size beds and a pull out couch which was requested in advance for our family of five. The initial issues with the room such as a missing remote, the telephone not working properly and no sheets for the pull out were quickly addressed and staff were very courteous and accommodating. The first major issue with the room was discovered and witnessed by hotel maintenance when we turned down the bed to put the boys down to bed (8 & 8), we discovered 4-5 bugs crawling across the sheets. It was an apparent infestation of sorts and your own maintenance staff escorted me to the front desk to change rooms. At that moment I wanted to leave but with no other immediate options, three tired children and a 7:00 a.m. flight we accepted the room reassignment. We were placed in room 722 and after thorough inspection did not find any bugs. 518 was equipped with two queens and a pull out but to our dissatisfaction there were no other rooms with a pull out available. It was well after 9:00 p.m. When the kids bedded down. That night was a very restless night as three of us were crowded into one queen. It was not the stay we had anticipated, was certainly not to our satisfaction and we would like reimbursement for our stay. I did call to follow up on 10/5 and left a voice message on the GMs voicemail but now 6 days later And I have not received a call back. I expect to be contacted if not by tomorrow then certainly before the end of the week.
Beware if you want to pay for parking here and fly out of BWI. I prepaid to leave my car here for 1 week. Upon my return I promptly called the hotel for the shuttle to come pick me up. "Right Away" took 4 calls and over 1 hour of waiting. The shuttle arrived empty so they were not picking up others and the hotel was all of 5 minutes away. When I went to the front desk to complain they "Conveniently" had no hotel business card or any manager business cards. I will NEVER stay here or park my car here.

Baltimore BWI Airport from Houston TX and this hotel was a bad experience. I thought this will be my favorite hotel because it's close to the airport but after what happened I changed my mind. I will choose a better hotel next time I come here next month.
This Hotel deserves 1 star but because of the good breakfast I gave them 2 stars. We won't be back to this hotel. I spend almost 1 hour from 4 Am to almost 5Am because the house keeping lock my room from inside we could not get in, and we had 2 kids. I drove back from New York city and I was so tired and pissed. There were some issues with the room, like some surfaces not being wiped off, but they quickly and easily moved me to another. Also, really liked how the rooms had free wifi and directTV instead of how most hotels just have a few stock channels. The staff front desk staff and both shuttle drivers I rode with were phenomenal.
