Visited an associate from in town. Lobby concierge was friendly and helpful. My associates all commented about how attentive and helpful that floor staff had been, so I count it all as good.
Had a really nice stay over the weekend here. Very centrally located in the Inner Harbor. Very accessible to many different restaurants and shops. Really like the water taxi. Prompt and courteous service from the staff all around High marks.
Have stayed here many times over the past 3-4 years. Have attended several meetings and events at this hotel. Have never had an issue. Service is outstanding. Very clean. Greatest thing is how convenient the location is. You can walk to several wonderful restaurants and Inner Harbor destinations like the Aquarium. Pricey so look for deals. Their restaurant Aprapoe is good, not great.
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The location is perfect for walking to major stores, restaurants and museums. Little Italy is less than a block away! The staff was friendly, but we found it odd that housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 5p on a Sunday. Our room hadn't been cleaned when we got back around 5pm that Sunday, and the lady told us she wasn't sure if they'd get to our room that day. Anyway, we still enjoyed our time at the Marriott. Great location! Shops, the Harbor, movie theater, Whole Foods Etc was all in walking distance. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Wonderful view. Staff was pleasant. The lobby area was very nice!
