My wife and i went up to Baltimore this past weekend and had one of the very best experiences at this hotel. Staff was polite. Room was clean. location was awesome! Monte assisted us at the check in and was super courteous and polite! thank you for an awesome stay!
I really enjoyed my one night stay here. I arrived Friday evening, there was a small line to park but there was only one attendant. Parking is $29 with in and out privileges. Once inside, the desk attendant Eden was very helpful. She checked me in, told me about the free breakfast and even printed out directions to walk to my venue.
We prepaid for two nights. We were unable to stay the first night due to my son having to go to the hospital. I called 1st thing in the morning stating we would like to check in, asking to use the second nights prepayment. Hotel stated reservation cancelled and we would have to pay AGAIN to stay the same night we already paid for. I asked twice to speak to management, no one bothered to call. Called BW Customer care. They offered no resolution either.
The room was cute and quaint, king bed, microwave, refrigerator, alarm clock and a bay window! I was on the corner of the building so I had a slight view of the harbor. There's also a small shopping mall caddy corner to the hotel as well.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was on an upper floor away from Calvert street so my room was super quiet and well appointed. I did wish the toilet and shower were more updated, but overall a great experience. Free breakfast was just a bonus. Staff were always helpful and cheerful.
I walked to Royal Farms Arena for my concert only about a ten minute walk. The area is well lit. The 24hr Subway across the street from the hotel was very convenient! Breakfast consisted on eggs, sausage, hot and dry cereal as well as a waffle making station. This may be my new little getaway.
Was THE BEST hotel experience EVER! Handicap accessible room was nothing short of amazing. Literally ONE BLOCK from the Galleria Mall and Inner Harbor. OUTSTANDING FRONT DESK! Friendly! Got my room 2 hours ahead of schedule! Was my first time here, and they will have my continued business should I come to Baltimore again! The breakfast isn' t free....at the desk you find out that it is $9.99 per night. But SO WELL WORTH IT. It's ALL YOU CAN EAT. Waffle bar, eggs, bacon, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate. Location is amazing. Was on the 3rd floor. My only wish was that they could get a handicap ramp out front. 3 steps, but my rolling walker just doesn't do steps.
