A clean place where everybody is very friendly. Mr. T, a gentleman that works there, even made sure I had the right place to go to to get some beers when I asked where to go. It's very convenient having the casino across the street. It gives you the opportunity to have a fantastic food, drinks, and gaming.
Staff very friendly! My wife and I came down from three hours away for a game and was very pleased with the hospitality from everyone that works at this hotel. Our car broke down in the parking lot, so we had to hang out in the breakfast area for a few hours until the garage repaired it. Although we felt like an incovienence, the staff was very helpful and made us feel like we were welcome. Thank you!!!
The hotel itself it a nice hotel. Breakfast is included. Price and comfort are OK. Its beside the casino where its possible to buy dinner like pizza or hamburger. The prices there are exact able. The only point which is negative is that the people during the check in don’t know where the rooms with even numbers are. Doesn’t exist an overview or a map for them. That should be fixed. The payment for parking is not included. Anything else I will give four stars for it.
Awesome hotel RIGHT across the street from Horsheshoe casino. Professional staff, clean rooms and hot breakfast was very good. Hotel charges$20 to park but you can safely park your vehicle in self parking at the casino...we did! Front desk clerk gave us that info saved $20! Have fun
