Room is great. Front office staff are great. They are just like a friends and provide me extra towel, shop and shampoo. I will stay here for long time. Place is so cool and quite. I will recommend this to my friends also.
When I get a room here my experience is great. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The room was clean everything worked in the room. Any issues that I have in the room if there's no one available to resolve the issue they give me another room. My all around experience thus far has been great!! Keep up the good work.
I have read review for this hotel and was not satisfied. However, after checked in a non smoking king room my perception had changed therefore I thought to write a review for this hotel, the hotel is in city area and convenient to go to downtown and other area as well. Rooms are very spacious clean. Front desk staff are very friendly and caring. Thank you, you all. I will definitely choose for my next stay.
Decent place to sleep and shower. Run down. Office staff was not friendly. Other staff seemed to be watching us and went directly in the room when we left. I would never stay here again. Wifi didn't work..room 121 was tge worst.
This is great Hotel. Very convenient place in Baltimore. Room was very comfortable. I would like to come again here. Really great staff and place to relax.
