I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say this was top notch.. Staff was friendly and very curious... Room was very clean.. We ate at both restaurants in the hotel and they're amazing incredible food and drinks... Even the valets were nice and curious... We will go back again!!!!
It was a fabulous Hotel. Great location, great views, comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. I highly recommend it
Interesting hotel in a great location. Could do with some TLC. Door to adjoining room was right by the bed and you could hear a normal conversation in the next room. Breakfast was adequate.
Our room is nice. The front desk staff is very helpful. Bath towels are very thin. Shower doors do not work properly. There are no dressers in the room. The view from the terrace is of the ventilation system. There are no directions on how to work the TVs in the room. The furniture and fixtures are old. The pillows are unsupportive. The Inner Harbour is awesome. It was the best part of our visit. The hotel was a disappointment.
The view was beautiful (King with a balcony). Service was helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely recommend.
