Not a bad hotel. Room was clean, staff friendly. Remote to tv was shattered and on the floor but overall a decent place
I had reserved the room before arriving. Once my family and I arrived in the reception area it smelled so much like weed. I have 3 small children and were asking why did it smell bad. Once getting in the room there where cigarette stains on the sheets. The bathroom toilet would flush on its own during the whole night. There would be screaming outside the rooms. We decided to stay because it was really late for my kids. 12am and we were going from Chicago a very long drive.
Crazy place at night it doesn't help that night club next door a lot of sketchy people all hours of the night rooms were clean they need to get security at this place
The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. I wasn't expecting much. In the morning I was awaken to loud screaming and pounding. It wasn't what you would think. There was obvious drug activity in the next room. People were in and out of the room screaming and pounding at 5am until around 10am. I tried to get help from the front desk. The front desk attendant said there was nothing she could do. I watched drug activity in and out of the room for hours.
The room was nice but my bathroom the towel rack was broken and tub was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. It had NOT been CLEANED and I like sitting in the tub. The area was nice and quiet though but TV remote no volume buttons on it. They say you get what you pay for. The customer service was great!
