This place gets two stars and it's not even about the quality of the mattress. It's the mover who delivered it. When I visited the store the guy who sold me the mattress was nice but fast forward to the different guy who delivered and that's a completely different story. When he showed up he quoted me a different price for delivery because I lived upstairs. Then when he got upstairs and put the box spring on the bed frame I was having trouble getting it to fit. Instead of helping he looked at me and said "look I have to go", like I was holding him up. Then when he put the mattres on top of the box spring it was upside down, meaning the pillow top was facing the box spring. The guy who was with him asked was he going to flip it around and he told the man "no it's good like this". Of course I wasn't having it and I told him to turn the mattress the right side up. Like why do I even have to tell you that?????????? Then at the end he asked for the cash and because I was quoted one price earlier, that was the only amount I withdrew from the ATM. Well he goes on and on about how they always charge extra for stairs but again I'm not a mind reader so how would I know if it was never stated. The mattress is nice but I will probably never shop there again just because of the customer service.
They were very fast and helpful with my delivery. They have wonderful customer service skills. They helped me get a excellent mattress at a reasonable price. And my mattress is so soft and comfortable.
