We spent the evening at the Hyatt Regency at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and we had a wonderful time. The Pisces room was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. The room itself was nice and warm, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. Would love to stay again!
This was a nice hotel. This place have exceeded my expectation. First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect for those who wants to explore Baltimore. It is easy access to a lot of the attraction and point of interest. Being in the inner harbor, the view is also amazing if you get one of the room facing the harbor. Second, the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and professional. As for the room and my dinning experience, they were also fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the Regency Club on the 12th floor was brilliant. The food there was very high quality and so as the Bistro 300. It is also worth pointing out that the concierge (I believe his name is Ken) was awesome. He makes the dinning experience there feel like you're at home. Very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoy my stay here. Considering I've been to several different Hyatt Hotel location globally, this one was definitely on the top 3.
ammended my review - Kassandra at the front desk and Ken in the regency club lounge make up for any deficiencies the hotel may have. they are hands down the best hosts I have met at any hotel i have stayed at. close to the convention center. Very convenient location as it is right next door and walking distance. Asked, and was upgraded to an available suite which was nice. Unfortunately the bedroom was smokey smelling. Overall, hotel is very nice, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Location right at the Inner Harbor is convenient for walking and exploring.
Location was perfect for walking. Our room had a great view of the inner harbor. The room was spacious and very clean. Free WiFi, great coffee, and a large TV made the room very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful in every way. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
Sweet baby Jesus this is a nice hotel. Clean as a whistle. Great views (Even from the glass elevator). Staff was ALWAYS friendly and smiled. Everyone from Management, down to the sweet lady vacuuming the lobby at 2am. Location is great if you want to hang around the inner harbor. 5 minute walk to Camden yards if that's your thing. 1 minute walk to Hooters...if THAT'S your thing.
