Decent service. Bar will wet your whistle but that is about it. Directly across from the fire station, so try to get a room on the harbor side away from the noise. The rooms were spacious and well kept up. Parking on site if you have a small crossover SUV or smaller car. A Tahoe will not come close to fitting in there. Our Rav4 with small mag mount antenna bumped and the antenna had to be removed to get into the parking garage.
Great place, nice view from the room, very affordable for Baltimore. Desk staff helped accommodate my late arrival very happily and even had a handwritten welcome note recognizing my elite status. Parking expensive but in line with the rest of Inner Harbor.
Bad 2 day stay, room wasn't cleaned the first morning and had to call for towels the second night. Room service not available for lunch. Carpet was pretty old and a little grungy. The room was humid and stuffy. The bathroom fan didn't work, but we had the pleasant aroma of another patrons marijuana smell wafting from it ...solved by wetting a wash rag and stuffing it in the vent. Good Bed, sheets pillows, furniture, shower, TV, gym, breakfast (paid extra), service in the dining area, front desk staff, convenient parking ($28/night). Overall enjoyable but certainly not 5 star.
Another great time @ holiday inn!!! One of my favorite hotels, staff was Excellent... one recommend Shirley's for great food & it did not disappoint... must go to Dick's another family style restaurant
This is the wort possible hotel to stay at in the downtown are of Baltimore. First of all the rooms are filthy, smell of mold and mildew. The staff is very untrained and very rude. The pool area is filthy and outdated. Good luck with parking they want to charge you for that. I know it is the Holiday Inn but it should not make you sick to stay at any hotel anywhere no matter the price. First and last time I will ever stay there glad I only stayed for one night before moving to the Hilton a block away and feeling clean and comfortable in my room.
