Hide behind company policies, price gouge, not a good host. Will never stay Hilton again. Proper service is only at the Marriott! So as angry as I was with the front desk manager at check in, I can't give the 1 star. The front desk staff are awesome and house keeping is second to none. Ultimately I had a good stay. Hilton should be grateful for the team at the front desk, and the world class house keeping staff.

Overall the stay was decent. Online it appeared as though a few suites had a larger than normal bath tub (something I look for) but we were informed they didn't. We were also informed robes were for suite guests only and there was no refrigerator in the room. That being said. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly even if they couldn't accommodate us and the location is perfect for getting anywhere.

No frig at a hotel like this amazes me. Hampton Inns offer a frig for half the cost. My room key didn’t work after going down to get it replaced twice. Called front desk where they asked me three times if I was putting the key in properly. Sent security up and their key didn’t work either. Waited an hour outside my door to get my pad replaced.

My husband and I attended a professional event at the Hilton. When we arrived, we were directed to park in the Marriott garage across the street because the Hilton lot was full. We received a voucher for validated parking and were assured that the Marriott would honor the voucher after the dinner party. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and we ended up paying $20 for parking. We did appreciate the help from the parking personnel and the front desk personnel at both the Hilton and Marriott for assisting us after the party. Perhaps the two hotels could collaborate a little better before directing guests to one another in this type of situation. The staff were very attentive and kind throughout the event, and the hotel was lovely. We did not stay overnight, so cannot speak to that portion of the hotel.

Perfect hotel, we were here for a medical conference and everything was nice from the spacious rooms to the vast conference areas. We enjoyed being close to Camden yards and the kids had an awesome time at the aquarium. Great location close to everything. The only drawback was at 1 am my kids needed some Tylenol for an earache and I couldn't find out travel supply we normally have so i asked the front desk, and she responded, no we don't have they here, there is a 7-11 down the road. It's one o clock in downtown Baltimore, wasn't thrilled I had to leave the multi billion dollar hotel for Tylenol. Other then that it was a great stay.
