Room was clean and service was great. Their breakfast is well rounded and free. Good location with just a 5 minute walk to the Inner Harbor sites and restaurants.
Beautiful Lobby, Super helpful and nice staff. Located a few blocks from the inner harbor you can’t beat it. The kids loved the pool and the Lobby was really well decorated for Christmas. We will be back next year! A great deal....
As a Diamond member, you would expect some level of comfort at a Hilton property. I wasn't given that type of treatment here. The room had no closet and I had a $50 hold put on my credit card for incidental. What incidental for 1 day? This practice is a poor was of treating hotel guess. This is the only place I've had this dine and was told it's policy but the front desk couldn't provide proof. The staff is dishonest and should be fired!
Very courteous staff, breakfast is great. The carpet in my room appeared dirty and old. I could never catch that very fine line between to hot and cold water in the shower!
Top notch, great experience. Stayed for an anniversary dinner downtown. From the valet to our room was excellent, customer service went above and beyond for me. Had my flowers, placed in the room before arrival and room was exceptional. Unfortunately made early departure due to family emergency, however cannot wait to return and repeat our evening. Highly recommended for any reason downtown. Will be returning, hint hint Hampton lol.
