We are very dissatisfied with customer service at this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody. We reserved a room with our credit card 3 weeks before our stay and confirmed our room 2 days before we arrived. When we arrived at the hotel, we were promptly told that there were no rooms available. We showed the desk clerk our paid confirmation but was told we could not stay there but could stay at another one of their hotels 20 minutes away. We received no phone call informing us that they could not accommodate our 3 night confirmed stay. We drove the 20 minutes to the second hotel that was offered to us to learn that there was only a room with a king sized bed available. My husband and I have 2 teenaged sons so a king size bed obviously would not accommodate our family. Our oldest son attends the Naval Academy in Annapolis and we have not seen him in 2 months. We were very disappointed that we spent so much time trying to secure a room when we already paid to stay at The Embassy Suites in Inner Harbor, Baltimore.
Room, A+, Breakfast A++,Staff A. Going out today to see Thor, so I'll speak on location later. FREE HAPPY HOUR!!! 4 to 6, or 7. Free drinks!!! This is why I couldn't remember if it ended 6 or 7. So far, loving everything.
Older building, but staff were cool. Got my room changed bc the heat was killer in my first room (90s) and they upgraded me. Decent breakfast in the morning. Slower elevators but not that bad. Pretty good location and nice view of the city in my room
Everyone and everything was better than expected. Only issue was the shower. It didn't drain very well and wasn't always as hot as I hoped for. Breakfast was really nice every morning and the managers special happy hour as well. Room was very spacious and clean.
We were on the top floor; the view was spectacular. All of the staff were professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. They were also very attentive when we had a need.
