Beautiful place in a great location. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was spacious and clean and the heated pool was clean and it even had a lifeguard on duty, which is uncommon. I loved the place
Very nice hotel. Check in with smooth and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location central to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy from all the construction going on in the neighborhood. The construction seems to start pretty early in the morning. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.
Very nice hotel, within walking distance of most attractions. I suggest you don't rent a car if visiting the inner harbor, take the shuttle to the hotel. Will save you at least $75 in parking for 3 days and rental car fees. We were able to see all six piers just by walking. Unless your medically unable to walk 4 miles in a day.
Comfortable and pleasant. Just what we needed for the trip. Did not spend much time at the hotel. Convenient to CVS and Whole foods witch was helpful.
The young man who works the front desk on Sunday morning,was such a nice and helpful person. I will be back. Everyone was so helpful with me and my mother. Thanks. Great hotel to say the night before and cruise.
