Can't speak on their quality for purchasing/selling a home, but horrible property management for rentals. Totally unresponsive. No problems throughout the two years were ever resolved unless we (the tenants) took care of them ourselves and out of our pockets. (One example: an appliance (ice maker included with the property) malfunctioned and flooded the 2nd floor. Water leaked through the ceiling into 1st floor. Hardwoods were warped and the ceiling was brown. They came 3 days later and fixed the ice maker. About 3 weeks later, they painted over the brown ceiling without checking for mold. Didn't touch the warped floors. I am SURE they didn't notify the owners of the property.) Do not rent from them unless you are prepared to pay for their services and receive nothing in return.
Bill has been ever so helpful so far in my process of looking for properties in my relocation from Illinois. He has been great with showing me houses that fit my search criteria and also has been very on point with answers to my many questions about these locations. Thanks Bill for assisting me in my first big move for my family.
