My property manager was Al Berrier. Managing my property would have been considerably easier if I had done it myself. Not only did he not inform me that my tenant were not going to pay rent for several months (I found out once my bank account was empty!), when I met with the tenants, they told me he was completely unresponsive to them as well. Find another manager!
