The emergency contact they have listed has not responded to phone calls or emails. Britney, in their office was helpful at noon today but is currently unavailable. at 3:45 pm today, some incompetent male answered the phone, and after basically dismissing me, hung up on me. I don't know if there is anybody in charge in that office, but it is run by amateurs! I wouldn't trust them to sell girlscout cookies, much less a house. They are a black eye on the Century 21 name.
