This my experience with her and her crew. She is flipping this house. I had a stop work order filled at the permit office due to demolition. No permit were filled for any thing: electric, plumbing, HAVC, Windows and so on. You can find this information in the permit office website.
I actually attended Flagship Realty at this location. A wonderful place. If you have property and looking for a tenant - call Kevin. He is amazing!!! Very resourceful and always professional. Mary, in the office, is a great lady.

Hole in my wall. It has been 8 weeks since her crew drill a hole in my wall. I called to complain about the damaged to my wall. Instead she sent the crew members in charge to speak with me. If not for the ability to speak Spanish there would be another issue. In fact all here only speak Spanish except for the lead crew member. He informed me he was mudding the hole and would match the color and paint. I paid $25.00 at half off per single roll. That's $50.00 a single roll at regular price. We told he no, the damaged to my wall paper was done. I had find the wallpaper to repair it. The purchase of the wallpaper was 15 years ago. I present the bill of the wallpaper to him, instead he offered to fix things around my home. It is now 8 weeks later.
My home was the same twin of next door. I has a very old heating system that has asbestos. They remove it without any safety precautions for the works, the new home owners nor me. They just tossed the pipes into the dump truck. I sure in my opinion it is in a landfill where it isn't supposed to be.
She had post a new permit after week later. The permit reflected she was installing 5 new windows. She had a crew installed 13 windows, this displays her honestly.
It is cheap work being done to the home. Please take a closer look at the property. This lady and her crew have no integrity in my opinion and are not to be trusted. This has been some of my experiences listed here.
This agent cheated me by bringing a very bad tenant to my property. She did not disclose all the details about the tenant. She purposely hid bad past of the tenant. Now as a home owner I am dealing with them. Lot of loss with respect to time and money. She is a very bad agent. Beware of this agent.
I called the permit office, police, 311 department and her for work been done on off hours. They start work before 7:00 AM and way after 7:00 PM. Sunday is also not escaping the rules. Today October 25, 2017 they started sanding the floors at 5:50 AM. I called 311 and filled another permit complaint (#662483). I have call Mary Clark in the city council and the neighborhood association.
