I coordinated with Steve Murphy to see a rental home in Baltimore. Even verified our meeting for the afternoon the day of the appointment. Mr. Murphy failed to show up, and when I called to find out why, he informed me that the unit was rented that morning. He failed to cancel our appointment and I drove 35 minutes into the city and left work early for nothing. This is unprofessional and I'm extremely disappointed. I would not recommend the services of this company.
