Excellent service. Much cheaper then other quotes, and explained each cost in detail. Called with any changes, and explained and showed broken parts when I picked up the vehicle. Very fast too! Will get all of my car repairs moving forward.
Over the past year that I've used Whay's, Frank has been outstanding. For convenience. I made the mistake of going somewhere else for oil changes...never doing that again! Even if it means taking time of from work - this is my mechanic as long as I'm close enough to get to him or until he stops "mechanicing" :)
Frank is the best!! He replaced the engine on my 2002 Ford Explorer in February 2013 and did a fantastic job! He also replaced the clutch at the same time and, because the clutch on this model is non-standard (thanks a lot, Ford), he had to call a lot of places before he finally found ONE place in California where we got the clutch assembly from. Anyway, as others have said, he keeps you informed every step of the way and always calls to let you know of any charges, etc. and gives you options. Honest, straightforward guy.
He just did some additional work for me yesterday and I'm completely satisfied. He stayed open late and actually drove and gave me a ride back to his shop to pick up my car because the cab companies were being complete flakes!
