There is one guy who is very rude to me when he was checking my car out. He told me I needed a new motor and I am a first time car owner and I was confused and I didn't know what to do. They offered me no help what so ever. Other people there are very nice and easy to work with. Just because of that man I am never coming back there again.
Midas really struck gold when they found a manager like Jesse. He far exceeds the standards of excellence of regular Midas employees. He takes a personal interest in the service that comes out of his shop and makes his customers feel not only important but also safe and secure in the work being done. He personally test drove my car after repairs were made. I felt very confident the repairs were made correctly. I want Midas to know that I will be bringing my car back to their shop employees like him don't come around every day. Thank you Jesse and Midas. Can't recommend them enough!
We all know that good/honest mechanics are hard to find. That's why I'm very happy to have found these guys. Lee, the manager, is always friendly. They have always given me honest advice about what needs to be done and how much it should cost, even if I end up getting the work done elsewhere. Last week when I brought my car in, they diagnosed that it was burning oil (my car has a LOT of mileage on it) and topped up the oil and sent me on my way without accepting any payment. Can't recommend them enough!
Prices are fare. Offers a road hazard warranty on tires. Which is always nice. Employees are kind as well.
