Terrible service and no regard for the customer. I tried to call the tire service center. The phone rang and rang was transferred to operator and then transferred to the tire center and back again. Finally the tire center picked up and put me on indefinite hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up.

I had an Oil Change done at your location and the mechanic who did the Oil Change used a different oil not approved or recommended for my vehicle. I have contacted a local GM retailer and they said that the oil that was used for my vehicle could in fact void my warranty if an issue comes about. I talked to the mechanic and cashier in the Auto and Lube Department and all he said was "Oil is Oil". There is no reason whatsoever to put High Mileage Synthetic Blend oil in a car that does not need that oil. I asked the mechanic to put the right oil in the car and he refused to, only to cite that I would have to pay for it. You shouldn't have to pay for negligence committed in this instance. I will call my bank and fight this charge as I wasn't given what I supposedly was paying for

Never had a problem and the people in Automotive are always pleasant

I get here at 1pm to drop off my Jeep for a quick oil change. I spend 15 minutes with the sales clerk they have at the counter. She has no idea about cars and no idea how to ring on this machine. I am patient with her and figure she's new. They finally get me situated and take my key. They tell me 45 minutes. My wife and I go to shop a little. Its been about 1 hour and we are almost finished shopping. They call my name over the store speaker which is unusual. I go back and ask am I ready. They havent even started. The woman rings me up for the wrong thing all together. Then a mechanic comes from the back and asks what kind of oil I want??? I have already told everyone. They come and tell me that I have a nail in my tire and that was why my tpms light was on. I said awesome I'm glad you caught it thank you. He says no problem. Then they pull my oil and I say great. How long? And they tell me another hour. I'm boiling now from anger. I go off and just walk the store on a Sunday afternoon. How miserable. Finally go back to see if I am good. And they say yes and I ring up all my things. The sales clerk(the new girl from earlier) is there and screws up our groceries. It takes 20 mins to ring us up for our items. They added wipers to my car and I asked if they were on the autobill and she says no and asks me to retrieve on from the shelf so she can ring seperate. I go grab one and come back. She rings me up for them and finally we are finished. Then my wife looks at the reciept and we WERE charged for the $35 pair of wipers. I go back and tell the woman. She apologizes and sends us to customer service to get a refund. FINALLY we walk out of the store and go to my car. I put all my stuff away and get in to drive off. I notice my tpms light is still on and I dont have a new updated sticker for my oil change. I scream and go back in and ask why my light is on and where my sticker was. The woman sales clerk is gone(Thank God). The mechanic from earlier comes out. I ask why tpms light is on and he tells me that the light is on cause there is a small nail in my tire. And I said yeah but why would it still be on after that? He said. Oh. I never took it out. I throw my head down on the table. At this point I'm about to have a heart attack. I asked why in the world he wouldn't have taken it out. He tells me now he'll do for free and give him 25 minutes. I'm dead. All this........ literally. My wife and I spent all day here. It was my first day off in 2 months. Please please please get knowledgeable employees. Thank God we didn't have any cold food. Never going back there and I have supported that walmart for years. They have gone downhill lately.

Tires installed quick. No trouble. Great price
