I have to give credit where credit is due. I had just come out of a Peterbilt in Mississippi due to DPF issues and the truck was running great until total DPF malfunctions that took me into a Derate. I called Adam in the Baltimore store and told him my situation. He made a commitment to get me into the shop and get me hooked up to see if this was something simple or a more in depth issue. He and his team kept his promise and diagnosed the issue and pinpointed it down to a cracked fuse in the battery compartment. A total fluke. Adam and the whole Pete Store group (including the Raphine Store) really stepped up to the plate this week to live up to their promises and do some quality work. The most important thing is keeping a promise. We all know we have been promised something for other outfits and you get in the shop only to be there forever. Honest and good working group of folks here......I am very happy with my experience. Thank you Adam for getting me taken care of.
It is hard to dislike these folks, everyone there is professional and pleasant. But like any shop you have to inspect their work yourself, and double and triple check that they do a thorough job.
Especially on air leaks... Make sure they didn't just find the first one and call it good.

Great group of people in every department. All glad to see you and get you what you need , parts service or lunch if you need to be there then. Of course you pay for your own lunch but they will show you where to order from.
They're expensive but not as much as some......they do know what they're doing
