Good choice of parts. The associate couldn't wait for us to leave. He was so in a hurry he even choice credit or debit for me and if I wanted a receipt. He just reached over and clicked the buttons for me. C'mon 20sec won't kill you.
Although they close at 6:00, they couldn’t do an oil change same day, even though it was only 3:30. However, the customer service folks were polite when they told me no.
Needed new tires and was already fed up with the task before I got in. Corey and Sonny made the task incredible easy. Walked in ready for a fight and in under two hours walked back out with 4 new tires installed and not feeling like I got cheated. All in all a good experience. We'll see how the tires hold up.
Good selection. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because EVERY time I've been here I have to search for a cashier. There is never a cashier at the front of the store. Sometimes I'll wait at the parts counter for 5 or more minutes to get someone to go up front so I can pay.
