I know it is a handful getting all of my dog's hair out of there (still don't know how you manage to not have 1 single hair left in the car, because her pit bull hair is so hard to get out of anything-she apologizes!).. interior wiped nice, carpets shampooed, the car smells great too! I made an appointment only 2 days in advance, dropped off the car, and it was done in a few hours!! Much appreciated! 5 stars!
My experience at Ideal Image Auto Salon was incredible! It was super easy to make an appointment to have my windows tinted and I was in and out in no time.The customer service was wonderful and they were willing to answer all of my questions. I absolutely love this shop!!! It is so hard to find a shop that has good service for reasonable prices. Ideal Image Auto Salon always gets my car done at the highest standard and in a timely fashion. I had my windows tinted here. They were very quick and the tint was perfect! Since they tinted my windows I continue to come here for their detail services. I am very particular about my vehicle and every single time they have done an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and the shop is always clean. I recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great work !!!!
paid 300 for complete detail and compound. when picked up car it smelled like they used dirty water.The owner Nick was unwilling to resolve the issue and even questioned my age and intelligence. Never will return
