I asked very politely how much a large suv would cost for a few hours. $130 was what I was told.
I was quoted one price over the phone and given a 1000 excuses as to why I was improperly informed but during my visit the lady that assisted me extended the man on the other end of her call the same offer she was refusing me...guess it's a ploy to get you in there. I didn't bite and I thought that was unprofessional and rather suspicious. 50 dollars a day over the phone to 90 when I got there. Glad I didn't travel far or bank on the quote offered over the phone. Bad business practices.
A heated argument was happening at the counter with disgruntled costumer when I arrived to ask about their car rental pricing. And rather large lady gave me the rudest snarl "What do you want?"
My personal advice? Reserving a van online or over the phone, (awesome costumer service) at uhaul right up the road will get you a HUGE discount, takes 5 min and even less time to drive there from this awful place.
Great place to get your car rental. Just the other day I rented a car from here, and the vehicle began stalling and turning off. I called the rental agency and explained my situation. The rental agency immediately switched me over to another vehicle and upgraded me for free. GREAT SERVICE indeed!!!!
