Smelly car but extremely friendly and cooperative staff. Makes up for it
Please be sure that you have the counter person slow down when doing your rental. The counter lady charged $2000 to my debit card for a weekly rental of $200.00. Over the Columbus holidays so that my bank couldn't reverse for 3 days. Everytime I have used them over the past few years when cars are in the shop we have problems. Even though this is close to our home it is ALWAYS a hassle! "I'm sorry" is all we got! Total BS!
I would not recommend this location to anyone. Budget Car rental corporate was great, but this particaluar location really needs to improve their customer service. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR CHARGES. I picked up the car on sunday and returned it on tuesday evening after filling it up with gas. The gentleman took the keys while on a personal phone call and when I ask about a walk around he said it was fine. The next day I have a charge for more then I was quoted for the rental. I called corporate to ask about the charge and she was great. The location charged me wrong for the rental and charged me for gas.
I Love coming to this location at the mall! It is very convenient and everyone there is friendly and professional! I have been renting with them for over a year and I have had the best service every time!! Mrs. Wenny is awesome and always solves issues promptly! The prices are fair but if you want to save more become a rewards member!!
