They pushed on the extra insurance like most places do, but not too hard.
And just FYI for those that haven't visited in the past: there is no entrance off of Joppa Road. Not a fault of Enterprise in any way but my wife missed the side road and had to park next door at the crab place next door, hopefully someone will read this and avoid doing the same thing!
We were given a 2017 Chevy Cruz for our rental, the car was beautiful and drove great. The staff was very friendly and had us in and out in a very short time (maybe less than 15-20 min.) My only downfall was having never driven a Chevy Cruz we weren't informed of the auto stop feature that shuts the car off while at a stop light and then starts back up on its own.. The Cruz is also small inside, plenty of leg room but we felt a little confined. I will definitely rent with Enterprise again though. Thanks for helping us make our summer getaway possible!
I have rented from Enterprise many times in the past, though this was the first rental for this location. Everyone was very friendly and though we did run into an issue, I was very happy with the way it was handled. I will be renting from them again!

Rented a GMC Acadia for a road trip from Baltimore to Green Bay to watch the Ravens beat the Packers. Kelly made the set up quick and easy. On the return it went just as smooth. Enterprise mader it easy.
The parking lot was too small—all the spots were taken up by cars available for rent, so if someone got a ride that car was just boxing others in. I had to park across the street when I returned, but they said it was fine, so at least they're flexible about it.
