Worst customer service ever!! First time using them only because my insurance set the rental up. The wait was extremely long almost 2 hours for a rental car. Seriously... I will never go back again. I will stay with Enterprise.
Thank god I saw all of the bad reviews! It caused me to call the national Hertz office, which informed me that, in spite of my reservation, there would be no vehicle available on the day I had reserved! I could have arrived in good faith and been stuck! The representative from Hertz also offered absolutely NO solution to this problem, even after my asking what else could be done (this is for a reservation in two days time , so they didn't have to come up with a miracle on the spot) . So this lousy review applies to them as well.

Don’t try even calling them
So I forgot to write this but two weeks ago these guys had completely helped me with my rental reservation. I had made a reservation for a month out for a Jeep Compass which they upgraded at no extra cost because they didn't have any available (no issue). After that I let them know I was traveling on Orders and the manager helped me the best he could lowering the price. I didn't get his name (Caucasian dude with a beard), but him and his staff were friendly and understanding. Good job guys keep up the good work.
