Can't believe it. (Sarcastic review follows)
I wanted to post a review because i was pleasantly surprised here today (i never expect much from chains). I have been to a few of the other chains nearby and this was much better.
Loved the lobster and shrimp scampi! The view of the Inner Harbor was nice also. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Enjoyed our visit. Everyone was friendly.
I love the recipe of Uno's crust and we thoroughly enjoyed our pepperoni deep dish pizza. The service was prompt and very courteous. We had a spot near the water and watched a storm rolled in. Even though it was getting a little windy, our server never asked us to go inside. I really like this particular location and will come here again. Food is good and service is excellent.
Our drinks were FILLED promptly, our server was extremely FRIENDLY AND PATIENT.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The food was terrible, the staff did nothing about screaming people, (I couldn't hear an alarm go off) Waited forever for food, and refills.
Overall, I'll come here every year I come to town, WITH MY FAMILY!

We almost all ordered custom pizzas and they had the GALL to make us wait 45 minutes for some darn good pizzas.
Showed up out of the blue with 17 of my friends on a Sunday night and the place was packed.
