Love this place for its burgers, fries and iced tea. The tea is super flavorful, unlike most iced teas at other restaurants. The burgers are so good that I've visited the kitchen in the past to give my complements to the chef.
Guy, please bring back the "Triple B" and keep up the good food and the good chefs!
However, my favorite burger, the "Triple B", is no longer on the menu at the restaurant. It is on all of the online versions of the menu so maybe it's just a temporary thing, at least I hope.
I was referred here by my parents because they had visited Baltimore a few weeks before. We walked in and was seated and waited 15 minutes before anyone even came up to us. We asked three servers as they walked passed and said someone would be right with us. Finally someone came and I asked to speak with the manager. The manager finally came and she just apologized. So after that they gave us wings on the house but after that everything else went downhill. Our server had an attitude. Two people in my party looked like they had kid portion sizes of chicken Alfredo, my steak was burned and well done and they tried to convince me that it was medium well. Then they brought me out a new one that mooing and my crab cake was ice cold. It was so cold I had the manager stick her finger in it. My meal was taken off but my experience was awful.
I was very disappointed because of this but the waitress said they could still make it by adding on the bacon and blue cheese, which they did and it was still very good.
We drove down from Pennsylvania just to eat here. The food and service was great in the past. We waited 20 minutes for water and soda, got our alcool AFTER our meal came. Complained to the manager, she said our drinks would be out in a few minutes, she had personally made my long island (too much lemon). My husband ordered the meatloaf, called the manager over again, she took it back to the kitchen, when it was delivered it was still cold. At this point I was done eating, very average burger, so we got the bill and left. All manager dud was lamely apologize. Another couple had left while we were waiting, a lot of people not happy with service today. I do not recommend this place to eat. I will eat at Gordon Ramsey's when it opens.
I went with a group of friends for one of our friend’s birthday! We sat and waited almost 15 minutes before anyone even came to give us drinks. Once there the waitress did not have the best attitude.... we asked for the manager and all she said was she apologizes... We ended up getting an order of the wings(they were awesome) from the chef! He said on the house for the wait. We place our order and my friend orders a steak meal with a crab cake. The steak was supposed to be medium well it was closer to well done. The crab cake was good! We tell the waiter the steak is over cooked... they come back and tell us the way we make our steaks that is medium well... they remake the steak and there is blood all throughout the food it’s so undercooked. Oh and that crab cake that was good they took it back because they said they would redo the whole meal... The crab cake comes back ice cold in the middle! Like ice cold! This was a horrible experience. Overall the chicken Alfredo was good but I got a kid size portion. Poor poor customer service... poor management... poor experience...
Slow service. Food is very good especially the ribs. Unique burgers that are big and slooppy. Fries are a mix of waffle, shoe strong, crinkle cut, and regular which is a great idea. Shrimp boil is good but corn was cold. Mint chocolate chip cake is fabulous.
