Okay food, sorry service. So the delivery man pulls up and begins leaning on his horn. I'm upstairs and pregnant and it takes me a second to get to the living room, put the dogs away but by then he's out of the car and heading to my porch. I open the door. He turns around gets in the car and leaves. I call the restaurant, they said he said their was no answer. He comes back with my food ten minutes later, I'm waiting on the porch. Now this is a pretty big guy, I don't know him from Adam and he hangs my bag out of the window and tells me to come get it. I tell him no, that I paid a delivery fee and tipped on my card for him to actually deliver my food. He refuses. I tell him fine I feel safer driving a block and a half to the restaurant to get it (I order from here pretty often and never had this happen so it seems strange). They get new fries and send me on my way. I did have to contact grub hub for a partial refund. They were kind enough to give it to me in the form of a coupon off of my next order.

It's great if you're looking for something to eat late at night. When ordering wings and fries, ask for them well done. (Open your styrofoam container immediately to let the steam escape.)
