Friendly staff and was very helpful. Needed the can an extra day and it was not a problem.
Fast, convenient, slightly expensive however... but all in all easy to navigate not to many tight corners whatcha seem to plague these type of establishments.

Gave incomplete and incorrect information over the phone so we wasted time going there. The staff person who "helped" us was also exceptionally rude. I am surprised Uhaul hired her and retains her.
I have to say that the female manager (Teara, sp?) , and the two service guys (kenny) gave us the HIGHEST level of customer service I've ever had from a rental company!! They could have easily ruined our day, on my own account for being ill-prepared to return our rental truck and rent a storage locker on the same day....but they came through incredibly!!!! I will be returning this location for any futire moving needs, and currently continue to have my storage needs taken care of by them! Completely blown away by how well we were taken care of!
