I hate to write a bad review, but, I'd first like to say the Customer Service was pretty good. I ended up renting two storage units and both agents were very helpful. On the other hand, I have never seen so many ROACHES in my entire life. There are roaches crawling around the units and hallways. When transporting my items I found a roach in my car and one in my home... which was terrifying. I've read they are very difficult to get rid of and I'm worried out of my mind. We also had to be offered a different unit because of the very noticeable mouse droppings that were in the first one. After seeing that, I had to make a quick decision, and being in a pinch, I moved forward. Unfortunately, I'll have to have my house bombed and car detailed. Guess I'll use the few dollars I saved from utilizing this storage facility.
Scott and Mark we're very helpful and friendly. We were able to see the unit before purchase and even changed our unit size twice without any hassle. The units are new and very clean. The outdoor lighting is recently upgraded and provides very sufficient lighting if you happen to make a later stop. For the lighting in each unit you put on a timer and it automatically turns off after that time, this can be strange if you stay over an hour in your unit, but otherwise this is less hassle as no lights are ever left on after you depart.
Excellent service. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Dunnigan. Not only did Scott call me within 2-3 minutes of my reservation of a storage shed via online but he was polite, informative, and very understanding to my situation. I would recommend Scott if you need to use this facility for your storage needs.
