the place needs to redefine their philosophical approach in peer to peer RELATIONSHIP
I called to inquire about my shipment and the young lady who answered the phone was rude. Once I told her my information she said we don't have a release date. I asked about filing an inconvenience claim and she stated we can't do anything without a release date. I asked why do you need a release date? She said om my gosh hold on, never came back to the phone and transferred me to FT. Belvior without coming back to the phone with an answer or letting me know she was transferring me. When I called back no one would answer the phone. I called from a few different numbers.

Everything started off well with movers arriving early and quickly starting my move. There were 3 guys, leader named Jesus. Morning packing went off without a hitch. After they returned from lunch there seem to be a change, packing more rushed and forgetting to pack items. They left about 4 items that neede to be packed; no problem. What is a problem is the fact that one of these guys stole from me. I took out my 2 military jackets, my black coat, and my 7 yr old son's heavy black leather coat to not be packed and laid them on the other side of the room away from packing items. After the movers left, I went to hang the coats up and noticed my son's leather coat missing but the other coats present. Why would they steal from me? If he'd asked, I prob would've given it to him. The govt paid them to come into my hm, I gave them water, they used my bathroom multiple times and then they took it upon themselves to take something without my permission. I feel disgusted; now worried about what else will they take without my knowing since they're taking my things to long term storage. My 60" plasma tv was also recorded incorrectly as a 50" tv; let's hope that was an innocent mistake and not a facetious one with an intent to steal it. I will definitely be putting them on the military Do Not Use list. I hope to hear back from Guardian leadership in regards to this theft as well. So to all, please watch not only ur items being packed but those that are not.
Great operation! These people really know what they're doing.
