Please please read these reviews. I had one of the worst experiences dealing with around the states. Only got a star because I had to. I needed to find a company that was cheaper because I was on a tight budget but I promise you it is not worth it and in the end, with all the extra changes that randomly kept getting added on, it was just as expensive. I ignored some of the negative reviews and that was a horrible idea. This company had ALL of my stuff for 9 WEEKS. I was told it was on a truck, then that is was in storage, then unanswered phone calls, then the driver of my truck quit and they didn't have a back up etc etc. Once I finally received my items (after not getting any phone call warming, they just showed up, lucky I work very close to my house) many of the boxes were completely destroyed. Big holes in the box, ripped, smashed, even heavy duty plastic boxes were broken. Somewhere along the line my TV just happened to go missing and didn't make it to my new home. Tried calling them about it and can't get a direct answer on that either. It really has been an awful and very stressful order of events. Moving is emotional enough and no one should have to deal with this! I am not one to write complaints but I really don't want my experience to happen to anyone else.
and they they this is the final price and not going to be change, but when they came home to pick up the stuff , they says this too big we quoted for small like they have lot of reasons .they gave me price before they picked up for $2000.00 ,when they came home they they around $7000.00.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this "company" like the plague, it is nothing more than a bunch of scam artists that will extort you for everything you have. This "company" is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. To begin they quoted me $2000 and before I could bat an eye that jumped to $7000. After I paid the $7000 they then told me I had to pay an additional $968.32 to get my stuff off the truck that arrived over 5 days late. If you think the nightmare is over you are mistaken, they then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay an additional $1450 on top of all the other charges. Upon speaking with a representative John he said he would waive this fee, but they didn't. After back and fourth we settled that I would pay an additional $450 and they would waive the $1000 which I reluctantly agreed to as this place has had all of my belongings for 2 weeks. They have extorted my family for thousands of dollars, and we I'll be filing a claim as well. I have never in all my life dealt with such a shady low life company such as this. My lawyers will have a field day with this one.
If I could give negative stars I would. This company is the worse company ever and do lot care about making this move easy and seamless. When they arrive they said I had all the extra cubic feet because of my furniture which is listed on the inventory list. I was told my box spring was included with the bed and turns out it isn't, and that is the majority of my extra cubic feet totaling to $400 more than I should have been paying. The customer service rep Saul told me the box spring was included in the bed. Therefore I should not be charged for this. But I am being charged for much more than I have and what is already on the inventory. Essentially this company will not take responsibility for their mistakes on many ends with in the company and is making me literally pay for it. They won't acknowledge that they didn't put down what I asked them and talk directly with that rep who spoke to me to verify what I said is accurate. I would NEVER use this company again and will be filing a claim against them. I will be calling the head office as well to resolve this since the manager Lee seems to think she's the only one in charge and can not talk with the rep who didn't do his job completely to verify it is in fact their mistake. Terrible company and will take your money with no cares at all and who knows how my stuff will arrive.
I am one of the victim ,same experience I have too, they gave me the rate that I have given all the item that I provided and I did conform with them ,
Then I came to know this company a number one fraud , actually they don't want take our stuff. because we already singing the credit card approval, so they want withdrew our money from our credit card.
This is the worst Company I've ever had the miss fortune of dealing with. After reading some of the other reviews I see it is a common practice for them to quote one price and once they arrive on move day the price doubles and sometimes even triples. My move went from a $3000 move to a $7500 move. Once my goods with delivered I was a palled at how the lack of care was taken with my personal property. But the nightmare was not over, I submitted a claim to the third-party person and they only want to give me pennies on the dollar. I quoted them over $2500 worth of damage and they want to settle for $90. I strongly hope the better business Borough looked into this company with the shabby business practices but also I pray that each person who is getting ready to move reads these reviews and does not use this company. Buyer beware
lets think just creating a company like this making free money from poor people. I am not planning leave this people.
thats why this people raising the rates . I have filed case with this company any way because they charge me on my credit card $670 dollars with out servicing.
