I love this store I can always find what I want just wish they have more sizes
Personal service. Terrific retail teamwork. The folks know their stuff. Huge selection of stuff to try and touch and see how well it's made...before you buy and take home on the spot. A hidden gem in a world of big box store...as impersonal automated vending machine...that is killing America's working class by chasing buyers online
The cashier was not knowledgeable. And didn't smile even when we wish a good evening. The sales associate who helped with picking the merchandise was extremely helpful and nice.
Modells at the Perrying parking Location has a great selection of sporting goods and apparel. I'm an UA guy. My first visit, all the UA coldgear is individually locked on a chain. Took quite awhile to lock and unlock sizes and the salesgirl accompanied me to the locked dressing room, waited outside on three fittings. I made a comment about her coverage and she said their are alot of stealing. Went back a week later looking for UA shirts, the salesgirl made her way from far end store to my rack ostensibly racking clothes, than she is across from me. I politely told her I would not be back. If you like being considered a thief first and customer second, than Modells is your store.
Feels like they're going out of business! Poor selection, everything worth buying is chained up and there is hardly anyone working to unlock it for you thanks to their labor being cut in half (Guy in a red shirt told me). Btw they HARASS YOU to buy socks and footwear accessories, customer service is okay but no one likes being overwhelmed with sales pitches. Store staff is okay but their upper management and Loss Prevention are clearly out of touch.
