I would rate this a negative 0! There was no such thing as customer service-u didn't know who was an employee or a customer. My husband and I just got off of work-he was still in his work clothes and from that point-I guess we were being treated like we couldn't "afford" the clothes that they have ( my husband owns his own company-btw).
They were more interested in singing to the songs that were playing then they were trying to help the customer! There were no greetings, no smiles, everyone had an attitude!
The boy started arguing with my husband about the tag!!! Unbelievable! So my husband snatched our credit card out of her hand and we left! We will never go back to Jimmy Jazz at east point mall again! Their customer service sucked!
Then, when we finally found someone who worked there, we asked where the pants were that were on the manikin and the "boy" was like, "before I go to the back to get these, they are $100, so if ur not going to buy them, I'm not going to the back and get them!" Wow! Kinda tried to belittle my husband and I!
Entered the store to find employees more interested in yapping to each other than trying to help customers .....finally asked the young lady did they have AF1'S in size 13....she literally asked me 13's?!? like I was the first person who she ever met that wore the size.....acted like I should go back and look for myself....will never spend a dime there
I have been to this store twice and the girls that work there always have an attitude and dont help at all. theres no such thing as customer service, it feels like a high school classroom in there.. I wont be going back again... i'ts Eastpoint anyways lol
I would wish their corporate personnel would do an undercover boss at that store! I'm sure none of the people who were working there last nite would have a job! And personnel would be very disappointed!
So, we still tried to proceed and my husband found a different pair of pants, a shirt, and Nike boots. So, we went to the counter with our merchandise and the girl behind the register kept looking at the pants for a tag - but she was looking at the pants as if there were something wrong with them. There was a tag with a price on it, but she couldn't find the original tag-I guess. So, she sends "the boy" back to find a pair like those for a tag and my husband said, " excuse me miss" 3 times and another girl spoke and said, " oh, she's just looking for a tag", so she and the boy was walking back towards the counter and the boy was saying, " I can't believe there wasn't a tag on it!" Accusing my husband of taking the tag ( for what, I don't know)! Lol!
