I love this location of LB, they are so helpful and all sales people have wonderful, cheerful attitudes. They help you find things and the bra sizing is so nice, no more buying bras that don't fit. They make shopping there a nice experience.
I was frustrated because I have been going here for years to get my bras, I have large breast, and the bra world is on a war path of padding and I hate it, I also hate buying my bras online. So I was upset and asked the ladies at the register for a number for corporate. I was almost in tears these ladies went above and beyond for me! I am so grateful to them! You're very wonderful!

I have heard great things about this store so I went to check it out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff including the manager were just rude and awful. The first associate I asked for help told me my clothes rip and break because I am too big and my boobs are too big, the second associate treated me like an inconvenience and told me she really only liked one style of bra they carried and that was all she would recommend. Then when I left the dressing room after trying said bra on that did not fit well at all she purposefully avoided me because she was "getting off soon and didn't want to deal with me." Those were literally her words to her coworker and Manager. I am not okay with being treated like this in a store that is supposed to be empowering to all women, let alone any store at all. I would have asked for a manager but she was standing there as this all happened. I will not be returning to this store, if any Lane Bryant. How dare they think it was okay to treat me as an over large inconvenience in their day. I don't want free clothes or an insincere apology, But I don't want anyone else to feel as awful as they made me feel today.
I went into Lane Bryant last week with a major problem. After 3 years of chemo, my body leaves a lot to be desired. One of the attendants there, her name was Angel and it suited her perfectly, took me under her wing and really made my shopping experience the best it could be. She was patient, kind and just an all round wonderful person. She helped me accessorize what I bought with jewelry and shoes and was just a great person. I wanted to leave a comment here, I hope her boss sees it and realizes what a great find she has in that girl! Thanks so much Angel. You turned what could easily have been a cry fest into a really good experience.
