Took my daughter in to purchase a red eared slider turtle the young man Dayon that helped us was very helpful and new a lot about turtles. Jill took my daughter around and helped her pick out snails too. Their customer service was the absolute best we could have ever asked for.
Normally the service is awesome. I get frozen fish food from here almost every weekend. However, this past weekend the cashiers were totally miserable. I'd never seen them there before. Prices are a bit high but besides that I love the place
Yes it took me right to the store no problem little longer cuz traffic when I went in to get my dog shampoo they said sorry completely booked up to after the holidays when I called they couldn't tell me that over the telephone
I went to petsmart to get my dogs nail trimmed and they were extremely rude to me but also my dog. My dog had an incident with her toe nails and a few months later we go to get her nails trimmed and she wasn’t being very cooperative. The male holding my dog I personally felt like he was being a tad bit rough with her. The lady trimming her toes asked me if my dog takes medicine and that I should go to a vets office next time to get them done. I then proceed to call and talked to the store manager and he said well I know they had an incident before but that does not mean it’s ok to treat the customers after so terribly. Will not go back to this petsmart again!!!
Staff is always nice and super pleasant. Store is normally neat ans peaceful.
