Called in 2 pizzas and 2 sides to the holiday inn express next to Horseshoe Casino, over 2 hour wait, called twice to check status, honestly I was getting upset, woman was rude back and after saying food was 5 minutes away (actually 30mins) she hung up. B- food, F wait time, F service. Order long before you want to eat and I guess it would be so bad :(
