So I call in a delivery order today 40 minutes before delayed delivery (as I work and am limited to a 30 minute lunch). My order is confirmed and deliver time confirmed. Around 10 minutes after my delivery is scheduled I call to confirm that my order is on the way. I am told that my food is on the way and will be there shortly. Now 20 minutes after scheduled delivery time, I call again. This time I am again told my food is on the way. Another voice comes through the phone telling me my food is just coming off of the grill and is first on the list. I am forced to cancel my lunch by time constraints
I can safely say you will never see my business again due to your lack of customer service and apologies. If you have time constraints don't bother or you'll be sitting at work hungry.
Watched them talk a customer into ordering the old pizza sitting in the window instead of the cheese steak he wanted. If your business model is to stay open for the drunk shift, then serve the menu you offer, not what's leftover.
1. My food was called with plenty of notice and forgotten about with preparation and delivery.
Close to home. Fast friendly service. Always fresh and hot.
2. Instead of owning the mistake and notifying me so I could find other means they allowed me to wait and lied to me to try and maintain my business.
Love love love it.... Cheese steaks are the bomb. I like to go after midnite the grill is really seasoned from all day and gives meat good flavor..
Best pizza I've ever had! I'm a faithful customer! I have went here for 8 years straight, always recommended! I'd drive for miles to get a slice of their supreme!
3. Never fulfilled the order and not once offered any sort of apology even for failing to deliver food.
