Mostly great using the app. I've had several occasions where the app says the pizza is ready for pickup and it's not even started when I get there.
Newly renovated so you can eat inside at tables. Always good pizza and of course stuffed cheesy bread.
The Pizza, cheesy bread, desserts are always great! However, I give it 4-stars because they always forget something like a side of Marinara or soda etc; small things but who want to wait for it to be redelivered??? Not me so, I ask for an refund for what ever they mess up & have no problems. Overall its timely & Good!!!!
Called this location at 10:00 pm on a Thursday four times in a row, only to be put on hold for two out of the three times and hung up on. On my fifth time of calling I was finally greeted with a "What do you want?" by a ill-mannered girl. Now this is where it just becomes mind blowing! After advising the girl that I wished to purchase the perfect combo as advertised on the flyer for $19.99, and after giving her my address, I am informed that my bill is $31.53. Confused by the astronomical amount, I remind the girl of the coupon and ask her if she needed the code on it in order to adjust the price. "No, I already have it" she replies, and then goes on to tell me that delivery is no longer an option. "You're no longer delivering?" I ask. "Yeah we still delivering, but delivery is out. It's gonna be AT LEAST an hour before he get to you". Irritated by this point, I tell the girl that I would now be coming to pick up my order. "Oh, you coming to pick up your order? It's gonna be $20.50 then". Now I'm not sure whether or not this business is typically in the habit of adjusting their prices based on personal whims, but needless to say, my family won't be ordering from Dominos ever again!!
It's Dominoes, the pizza is cheap, nothing to wow about. I used to order from here just because it its cheap quick food. Not after my last experience from them though. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of them NY style to be delivered. I do not like and will not eat Dominoes regular crust. Yuck! When the pizzas arrived, I paid, tipped, brought the pizzas in to find they were both regular crust. I immediately called the store and let them know my order was wrong. The response I got, "I made your pizza, I know it's right". This was the store manager on the phone mind you, and I did not call rudely or yelling or anything. I simply called to let them know they made a mistake and needed the correct pizza. The manager proceeded to tell me if I want a new pizza I would have to come pick it up because they weren't delivering again. THAT'S when ugly came out of me and the manager said someone would deliver a new pizza but I had to give them the old one because I was lying and the pizza was fine. So, about an hour after ordering, I finally got my pizza, emailed corporate about my horrible experience, and no one cared enough to call me and try to make it right. From that day I have not ordered anything from ANY Dominoes location nor will I ever. Dominoes has entirely lost my business. There are better cheap pizza places out there to choose from.
