The worst hospital experience in my many years of life. The hospital is atrocious, the staff is awful. They do not adhere to patient requests. Takes about 45 minutes to 2 hours for them to follow the simplest of requests (like asking a nurse for a painkiller). I will never come here again. Never! This will be the last place I come to!
I love my doctor momina she's very professional❤️ but other people so rude
They were great. Efficient, gave me the care I needed w/o extras. Lovely bedside manners. Everyone was wonderful!
This is not a hospital to bring your child to, my child was sitting in the waiting room crying. When asked questions it was one lie after another one. I had to take my child to a whole different hospital. Union Memorial made my child feel like they didn't care about her health..
If you can avoid it, don't have surgery at this hospital. So glad my surgeon was fantastic, because the other doctors on the surgical team were terrible. I had problems breathing after surgery. They treated me as if I did something wrong. They never even told my husband, who was waiting in the waiting room, that I was in distress. He sat there waiting until everyone was gone before someone finally told him he could come see me to find out what had happened.
They took care to manage my pain level and frequently asked if it was OK, or if I needed more meds to manage it. I highly recommend them!
