I hope this review will help change some things with this locations employees and the health care they try to provide.
I like Dr. Stillman, she's a great doctor. She's easy to talk with and if I need to see her or have any questions, she will answer. I hope she doesn't leave the clinic.
My Doctor Dias was very profesional, concerned about giving me help.
This place is horrible. You sit for hours even though you already have an appointment and the doctors and front desk are rude. Not worth the time and money. Something seriously needs to change
should be Fired but they all need Training.
I love my doctor but the receptionists are horrible and very rude, I hate calling and trying to talk to them. Also when you need a referral faxed they dont do it when you ask then you have to call a million times to get it done finally.
At times I saw the nurses finally get off their phones to do the least amount of work.When I finaly was called to see the doctor the nurse yelled from the back and called my name an said room #6 she didn't come to the door to let me in and show me to the room security had to let me in and try to find my room on my own I kept saying I don't know where to go after I walk around for a while i found the room big difference let me tell you the Doctor was very helpful .I am very concerned about my follow up visit I don't think I can go back even with good doctors the experience of dealing with the front desk is enough to scare me away. I left feeling less then a person,with all the judgement I see in their eyes and behaiveor.
I don't think the front desk "Nurses"
I spent a total of 4 long hours in so much pain I have sprain thumb & wrist and I had a appointment.
I love Dr Dias but the rest of the clinic is trash smh
Horrible front desk, I knew something wasn't right when I made my first appointment over the phone and all I could hear in the back round is employees argue over cookies, They was very loud talking about personal life.
