Just went here for the first time. Tons of snacks, healthy and in healthy. Great deli and meat counter. All the employees were super nice. The prices were a little higher than a regular store, but there were plenty of deals and plenty of regular priced items! I'd definitely be back.
3rd rate quality with Whole Food's prices. I shop there occasionally only because it's a couple of minutes away from my house and Whole Foods is a bit of a drive. They try to impress with their classical music. They should invest more in quality produce. Their produce is rarely fresh, often quite old, and over priced. I once bought a veal chop that was actually rotten, their roasted chickens are dried out.-- I'll never buy meat there again. They do have some good baked goods. It's ok for an occasional item like milk or butter. Otherwise, you get much better produce and most other things for far less at the Giant, about two miles away.
Management and employees have poor attitude. Been shopping at a fresh market store since the 90's. I am disappointed in the poor qua laity of this store. Instead of s hopping there, I will go 15 miles out of my way to get the specialty items we have enjoyed for so many years.
Recently I had to get last minute food for a wake. They cheerfully and skillfully made two beautiful, delicious party platters with very little notice. During my short wait I had a delightful and informative chat with the cheese department manager. When the platters were ready, the deli staff person helped me bring them to the cashie. She apologized for the wait. I should have apologized to them for making them do so much in a busy morning on such short notice! All in all, a very positive experience. I will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff. Good place to get meats on sale, and flowers. Not 5 stars because it's not a one stop shopping. Other grocery stores may have better deals in certain departments, and it has a limited selection compared to other stores. Still, it is one of my favorite places to shop for chicken and fish.
