I will do all my future purchases at this location. I was in line to do a self check out and Annemarie was extremely helpful kind and generous with her time. Before checking out she made sure that we took advantage of the rewards card that saved us $22 on our purchases. Thank You Harris Teeter for hiring Annemarie because she truly sets a high bar on how to treat customers as valued people.
Great customer service. Large parking lot with spaces "reserved" for veterans (near the front entrance) and customers "with child" (near the cart return). Prepared foods available in deli, salad bar, and hot bar. In house pizza made to order (whole) or by the slice. In house aged beef cut to order. In house baked bread and bakery items. Florist and pharmacy at this location. Can get very busy at peak times.
This was my first visit to this location. And my first time actually buying groceries from Harris Teeter. Everything was easy to find and staff was super friendly when I asked for help finding things. There were several different brand options for each item which was really nice. The best part of the shopping trip was when we got to check out and did the self checkout. AnnMarie was so sweet and helpful! Those machines didn’t like that we wanted to use our own bags so she kept helping us. When it came time to pay and asked for the rewards card we didn’t know we needed one and she scanned her card for us and it took our total price from $90 down to $78. I’ve never seen that kind of savings at another grocery store. We quickly went to the customer service desk to get a card and Susan was so pleasant and helpful. It was an all around great experience!

Great place to shop but oddly selective in stock, especially their meat selection. You want chicken wings? Gotta buy three pounds. No maui BBQ chips from utz kettle classics but they have all the other flavors. And their rotisserie whole chicken is cheaper than buying a raw whole chicken, that never made sense to me, but overall you'll find most of the things you need. It's a big grocery store with a lot of items, what kind of review do you want? Probably a little bigger than the Safeway near, probably around the same price food items, the shopping center there is a much bigger pain to get in and out of vs the Safeway. It's remarkable that no supermarkets in Baltimore are open 24/7. Great to go in the morning.
They offer order ahead and have a drive through for pick up, good sized Starbucks w/ seating, fresh pizza, warm food bar, salad bar, fresh bread bar, XL fresh deli cases and fresh cold food, flowers, large organic fruit/veggie selection and a dry meat case are some of their notable sections. Prices are comparable to most grocery stores. ( Some items are more and others are less).
