our recent experience has been wonderful. we worked with Mr Frank Holtman who I believe is the new director. he was kind and efficient.
I am not sure about the employees or any business. I am a Baltimore Native. I respect this place a lot. It is a peaceful place to ride your bicycle and enjoy the beautiful pond with deer which regularly can be seen here. The graves are well maintained. There is older graves which goes back to the early 1911's which is the oldest i have seen. The only problem is the roads which are very bumpy and need to be repaved.
Too many graves that are overgrown with grass & debris! Some grave plaques are broken off of their cement blocks and bent from lawn mowers running over them.They need their workers to do more detail care on these graves! Also the roads need repair.
there has been a fantastic improvement in the personnel at Parkwood.
when we walked to the site he determined that a bush needed to be cleaned up and some tree limbs trimmed. Our site was beautiful on the day of the burial. Many thanks for your kindness and consideration.
Money is the motivation here. Tried to get my 80 year old mom to purchase a burial packege for herself when she went to the office ALONE to sign paperwork 1 week after she just buried her 47 year old son last week. She paid them 1000s of $. True blood suckers.
Parkwood Cemetery one day I went into the office to ask some questions I guess she was a secretary and she was very mean so I decided to leave and never went back that is not any way to treat a customer I thought this place was little sketchy when you deal with the public you should be nice that's why I'm leaving three stars but I should have left to
